WHEREAS a terrorist attack destroyed the Twin
Towers of the World Trade Center.

WHEREAS the same attack also damaged part of the
Pentagon.

WHEREAS a third airplane full of innocent people
crashed in Pennsylvania after being taken over by terrorists.

WHEREAS this was not just an attack on these
buildings, nor just an attack on the USA, but rather
an attack on the whole of Western Civilisation.

WHEREAS the perpetrators of these attacks are
avowed followers or coordinated by the mass
murdering terrorist Osama Bin Laden.

THEREFORE the ZIU resolves the following:

APPLAUDS the heroic and successful efforts of the passengers on board
the airliner that crashed in Pennsylvania for preventing the hijackers
from carrying out further senseless violence and destruction of innocent
human life.

APPROVES any and all actions taken by the
Government of the United States of
America to retaliate against and punish the
perpetrators of these despicable
crimes against humanity.

SENDS Talossa's Invicible Moral Support to both
the rescue and recovery
operations in progress in Washington and New York,
as well as for all future operations taken to
retaliate against the terrorists.

ENCOURAGES the Governement of the USA to wage a
war not just on the perpetrators and plotters of
these particular crimes, but against all
terrorists of this planet.

ASKS the Governement of the United States of
America to unchain it's different intelligence
organizations in order to have them better prepared
against future attacks on civiled society.

SUPPORTS the NATO members' (and other civilzed
countries) decisions to support the United States.

ENCOURAGES future cooperation amongst these
countries in order to protect freedom, peace
and Western Civilisation as a whole.

DENOUNCES all the anti-Western terrorists of this
planet, as well as any countries harboring them
and offering them bases of operation.

Whereas our capitalism system is not the best, but it still better here then in Kaboul
Whereas we have the right to live our life in peace

Therefore, I ask the Ziu to send a clear message to President Bush, kick the ass of this Terrorist, and start to give a place in the world to everybody. Mr Bush we trust you to protect our life... but we ask you to change your policy in order to create the paradis on earth...

Whereas on September 11, 2001, the World Trade Center and the Pentagon were attacked and all the ramifications of those atrocities have put many less-pressing things on the back
burner, including the voting for the September, 2001 Clark.

Whereas, our King and Princess of Hot Wheels were, due to their trip to Europe, unable to vote.

Therefore, given all these circumstances, the Ziu shall not count against all September, 2001 nonvoting Members of Cosa and Senators their nonvoting toward the "two nonvotes and you're out" portion of the Organic Law of 1997.
