RZ3 - Nomination of Litz Cjantscheir to the CpI

Whereas we have an empty seat on the Cort pü Inalt, and that's not a good thing if we want to have an active justice system, and the Organic Law instructs us that "in the event of a vacancy, either in the Cort pü Înalt or in an inferior court, any member of the Ziu may nominate a replacement" (Org.16.4), and

Whereas Talossa needs an active justice system, so that her citizens can be served promptly and fairly, as guaranteed in the Ninth Covenant, and

Whereas one Litz Cjantscheir has repeatedly shown that she is a model of restraint and jurisprudence, and

Whereas she is widely regarded as one of the most capable lawyers in the land, and has shown this not only through her leadership of the Royal Talossan Bar and her efforts to reform our justice system, but in her reasoned and eloquent work within that system,

Therefore the Ziu respectfully nominates Dame Erschéveþ Cjantscheir LL.B, ChRTB, UrN to the Cort pü Inalt, and requests that His Majesty appoint her to serve.
