1. WHEREAS, Talossans have always had a inexplicable and inextricable "spiritual" connection with the Star Wars Universe; and

2. WHEREAS, The most recent addition to the Star Wars films, Episode One: The Phantom Menace, was released in 1999; and

3. WHEREAS, there was a certain infamous character in that movie, a loony Gungan by the name of Jar Jar Binks; and

4. WHEREAS, this character was totally rendered in clumsy computer graphics instead of the old rubber masks so popular in the first Star Wars Trilogy; and

5. WHEREAS, even though this character was created for purposes of comic relief, he is not a bit funnier than the memorable C3PO, Chewbacca and even the Ewoks; and

6. WHEREAS, the thought of having to see Jar Jar in Episodes Two and Three just freaks us out;

7. THEREFORE the Ziu officially condemns any and all future participations of Jar Jar Binks and other moronic CGI characters in Star Wars Episodes Two and Three; the Ziu also officially encourages all Talossan citizens to refrain from spending their money on Jar Jar Binks merchandise and any other crap related to the idiot.
