WHEREAS certain Talossans have Dandelions AND,

WHEREAS these Talossans are citizens of Talossa, and so are their kids AND,

WHEREAS these Talossans are in most cases married AND,

WHEREAS in none of these cases is the spouse of these Talossans also a Talossans
despite the fact that their spouse and their kids are citizens of this country,
they are not in any way AND,

WHEREAS this means that their minor child is a member of an organization that
they are not a member of and this can worry several parents AND,

WHEREAS in at least one of these cases, the spouse has a Wittenberg account and
exchanged messages on Wittenberg AND,

WHEREAS immigration is in reform and wants to allow easier citizenship for prospective AND

WHEREAS a prospective who is married to a Talossan and the parent of a Talossan poses almost
no threat to the country AND,

WHEREAS such a prospective is usually known to all Talossans by reputation, and knows
all Talossans by reputation too and often even in person or on the phone,

THEREFORE, the Ziu resolves that :

Any prospective who is legally married to a Talossans, and the parent of at least one
Dandelion can bypass all the steps of the laws of immigration, regardless
of the current law on immigration, except the Ziu vote on Citizenship, the Cort decision
and, if required by law, a proof of identificition as long as that prospective presents
himself or herself personally on Wittenberg.
