WHEREAS, man has always used his large brain and opposable thumbs to invent and create solutions in his quest for survival; and

WHEREAS, man has invented clothing, fire, and housing to keep himself warm during cold nights and harsh winters; and

WHEREAS, we have now reached a point where man is trying to find ways to keep himself cool once again, which is quite ironic; and

WHEREAS, man has thus invented the vile Air Conditioner, which has plagued countless innocent victims with the frigid and dry air it constantly spits out; and

WHEREAS, the thermal shock of going in and out of a building with AC during the hot summer months is quite hazardous to one's health;

THEREFORE, the Ziu officially condemns air conditioning throughout the RT, except in situations where low temperatures are necessary (operating rooms, food processing plants, laboratories, etc); furthermore, the Ziu officially encourages the use of other ways to cool off, such as wearing light clothing and drinking plenty of fluids.

WHEREAS, Talossa's friendly neighbour across the river, Milwaukee, is home to many professional sports teams; and

WHEREAS, the Milwaukee Brewers, an MLB franchise, is one such team; and

WHEREAS, the Ziu has, in the past, officially encouraged Talossans everywhere to refer to the Green Bay Packers of the NFL as the "Florencia Packers"; and

WHEREAS, Maricopa is much closer to the Brewers' Miller Park than Florencia is to Lambeau Field; and

WHEREAS, Maricopa is actually the closest RT province to Miller Park; and

WHEREAS, the "M" on the Brewers' caps could just as well stand for "Maricopa";

THEREFORE, the Ziu officially states it is acceptable to refer to the Milwaukee Brewers as "The Maricopa Brewers"; the Ziu also officially encourages the usage of the latter form in all Talossan publications and broadcasts.

Whereas the Article IV : The Senäts is one of the longest articles in the Organic Law

Whereas the Article IV declares both how the Senators are elected and the composition and workings of the Senäts

Whereas the similiars articles for the Cosâ are divided in two distinct articles, Articles VI : Elections to the Cosâ and Article VII : Composition of the Senäts

Whereas the current Minister of Stuff is currently creating an organic law diagram

Whereas such dissimilarities between the Article of the Senäts and the articles of the Cosâ make a clear and concise reading and classification of the Organic Law difficult

Whereas whenever someone searches differences between the Cosâ and the Senäts, the difference between the two articles makes such comparison difficult

Whereas the first time this bill was proposed, it was rejected by the Senäts three agaisn't three

Whereas one of the Senators did not vote that month and his vote could have allowed this bill to pass

Therefore, the Ziu resolves to divide the Senâts article in two articles, Article IV : Election to the Senäts and Article V : Composition of the Senäts, will all articles numbered V or higher getting renumbered to accomodate the new article.
