WHEREAS, it has been more than 60 days since Judge Litz Cjantscheir has acted, ruled, or appeared in the Tzaracomprada v. Plätschisch case.
THEREFORE, Judge Litz Cjantscheir is deemed to have retired according to Article VIII, Section 5 of the Organic Law and Lex.G.11.1. and the Tzaracomprada v. Plätschisch case is to be reassigned.
