WHEREAS Whitehouse intern Monica Lewinski has recently exposed the US Executive to a great deal of ridicule and scandal; and
WHEREAS in this act of bravery, Monica has clearly shown pro-Talossan feelings in her quest to weaken the American Government, making Clinton look worse than Dobberpuhl;
THEREFORE the Ziu decorates Monica Lewinsky with the Honorary "Silver Cigar" Medal, and officially enocourages her to consider applying for Talossan citizenship.
