WHEREAS there will be a major bash this year at TalossaFest; and
WHEREAS this promises to be the largest gathering of Talossans ever; and

WHEREAS a Living Cosâ is an exciting part of our vibrant political system;

THEREFORE the Ziu declares that there will be held a Living Cosâ at this year's TalossaFest, so that the experience of being around our fellow Talossans can be enhanced with argument and debate.

WHEREAS Wittenberg V is the official and only public board of the kingdom; and
WHEREAS Wittenberg V is the only board where message can be official advise for Talossans; and

WHEREAS reading Wittenberg V is a duty for every Cybercit;

THEREFORE the Ziu makes the following prohibitions to the webmaster: the web-master of Wittenberg V cannot delete any post made by Talossans citizens; and
a post on Wittenberg V should only be deleted:


By law of the Ziu; or
If the post comes from any non-Talossan(s) without authorisation to write on this board. Authorisation for non-Talossans should be obtained by law.
The web-master is every Talossan with access to the delete option of a board message. This law should apply to any Wittenberg without regard to the number.

WHEREAS the Kingdom of Talossa needs an electoral system that is less dependent on devices of chance to attribute seats; and
WHEREAS the "An Outageous Act to Amend Article Seven, Section Two of the Organic Law and Close Down the Electoral Casino (Except On Certain Special Occasions)" as submitted to the October 1999 Clark has failed to pass into law and resolve the "Casino Talossa" problem;

THEREFORE this act hereby rescinds Article Seven, Section Two of the Organic Law and replaces it with the following wording:

Each party shall receive a percentage of the 20 Cosâ seats corresponding to the percentage share of the vote received by that party at the immediately preceding general election.
In the event that a seat is divided between two or more parties, the seat shall be assigned to the party(ies) with the highest decimal remainders.
In the event that a seat is evenly divided between two or more parties, a percentile die roll or a coin toss shall be used to determine the assignment of that seat.

WHEREAS many townships are named after famous people and events in Talossan history; and
WHEREAS many of these people who have places named after them have given of themselves in meritorious service; and

WHEREAS my ego has gotten the better of me;

THEREFORE the Ziu declares there shall be two new township names in Maritiimi-Maxhestic "Popea" and "Grubiâ", in honour of the last two Prime Ministers and their meritorious service in that office.
