WHEREAS, Talossan citizen Charles Sauls seeks to relieve MC John Eiffler of the extreme loneliness and boredom concomitant with being Florencia Province's only Citizen; AND WHEREAS, this severely underpopulated Province has no access to the Internet whatsoever and Charles can rectify this bigtime; THEREFORE the Cosâ hereby moves Charles Sauls' Provincial Citizenship from Atatürk to Florencia Province tout de suite.

WHEREAS I Maxime Paquin-Charbonneau ask the Cosâ to see my provincial attachement change to the province of Florencia, THEREFORE The Cosâ hereby moves Maxime Paquin-Charbonneau's citizenship from Atatürk to Florencia.

WHEREAS the Cosâ recently passed the CFT Act, THEREFORE the CFT asks the Cosâ to name the first week of June the week of non-official language.

WHEREAS the Senäts has never once asserted its own existence, AND WHEREAS the maxim "if you don't use it you lose it" applies equally to the Senäts, which is in danger of becoming a dead letter, and not the stabilizing house it is supposed to be, THE ZIU ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:-

1. The Cosâ urges all Senators to vote against this Act.

2. If not one "contrâ" vote is received from any Senator, the Cosâ calls upon the King to use His arbitrary power to dissolve the Senäts and appoint new Senators more capable of belonging to that august council.

NOTE: For this Act to have effect, Members of the Cosâ should vote "për".
