WHEREAS Jeffrey Ragsdale has fulfilled all the requirements given by the
Immigration Ministry; and
WHEREAS the Cort has approved of his application;
THEREFORE the Ziu now votes to naturalise Jeffrey Ragsdale as a Talossan citizen.

Immigration Ministry; and
WHEREAS the Cort has approved of his application;
THEREFORE the Ziu now votes to naturalise Marguerite Converse as a Talossan citizen.

WHEREAS Talossan citizenship is one of the best things one can't buy for money; and
WHEREAS the members of the Uppermost Cort take valuable hours out of their time to grant their approval to prospective citizens; and
WHEREAS this is not a boon to be scorned; and
WHEREAS prospective citizens who never seem to reach the goal do not make Talossa a better place;
THEREFORE the Ziu of Talossa hereby legislates the following:

From the day the Uppermost Cort grants their approval of a prospective citizen, said prospective has exactly three calendar months to complete all immigration paperwork required, before the Cort approval lapses and must be formally re-applied for by said prospective citizen.

In case of such a re-application, not being able to give a suffiently good reason for failing to complete the immigration requirements the first time, shall be sufficient reason for the Cort to deny a second approval.

WHEREAS Talossa is a vibrant and active democracy and;
WHEREAS Talossans are given inalieble democratic rights and;
WHEREAS given these rights Talossans should be given all possible opportunities to utilize these rights and take part in the democratic process and;
WHEREAS it is become increasingly difficult for the Secretary of State to keep track of all the new citizens who enter the country and;
WHEREAS this might lead to certain citizens not being kept abreast of certain democratic processes and elections information;
THEREFORE The Ziu instructs all prospective citizens to send in all relevent contact information (electronic mail addresses, phone numbers, instant messaging address, postal addresses etc.) to the Secretary of State as part of their citizenship application.
