WHEREAS Gloria Estefan as a performing artist has faded into obscurity and bad taste, and therefore reflects a negative depiction of the Talossan populace, LET IT BE UNDERSTOOD that this Cosa officially removes the title of national entertainer from Gloria Estefan and leaves the post open until a suitable replacement can be brought before us.

The Talossan Export Company Advisory Committee is hereby established.

The committee, which shall consist of members appointed by committee chair Dan Lorentz in consultation with the Prime Minister and King, shall furnish the Cosa recommendations:

1. On the desirability and feasibility of establishing a Talossan Export Company to develop and merchandise Talossan products for sale; 2. On how to formally and officially structure the Talossan Export Company; 3. On how to raise any necessary capital and on how to allocate any profits.

The committee shall make its official recommendations, determined by majority votes of the committee members, to the Cosa sometime before January 1998. The committee chair will prepare the committee's recommendations for presentation to the Cosa.
