Whereas, Talossans are inextricably linked to their Berber Heritage, and
Whereas, Talossans value culture, language and the culinary arts, and
Whereas, Our citizens need exposure to the fascinating culture we faithfully preserve;
Therefore, The Ziu encourages that our citizens:

· Watch "Ishtar," a classic movie containing many allusions to Talossan Berber traits, situations, problems, resolutions and musical compositions.
· Know the definition, texture and appearance of Couscous, the Talossan Berber treat.

1. Whereas, Talossans recognize that the information age has arrived, and
2. Whereas, Threats from various malevolent organizations and entities are real, and
3. Whereas, Our Minister of Defence has proven himself as an asset to Talossan national security;

1. Whereas, Talossans are assigned a province within Talossa proper when completely naturalized, and
2. Whereas, These provinces may want to decide provincial legal questions and establish provincial legal precedent by creating Provincial Corts, and
3. Whereas, These Provincial Corts have jurisdiction over Provincial matters only, and
4. Whereas, The esteemed Uppermost Cort is the only convening authority on national legal matters;
5. Therefore, The Ziu encourages all Talossan provinces to establish Provincial Corts in accordance with Talossan Organic Law, Articles XV-Section 1, and XVI-Section 5.

1. Whereas, King Robert I has resolved to no longer produce Talossan books, and
2. Whereas, Reading these books is a prerequisite to Talossan citizenship, and
3. Whereas, On-line publications are condensed and contain many factual discrepancies (dates, lack of context, etc.), and
4. Whereas, An unbiased, historical accounting is needed for the RT's citizens;
5. Therefore, The Ziu repeals all book purchase and reading prerequisite requirements for future citizens.

Approved but Ephemeral

WHEREAS our Esteemed King and Talossa's most prolific writer of all time has decided that he will no longer be in the business of publishing his books for consumption by the Talossan masses and;

WHEREAS Mr. Foctéir had indicated a long time ago that he would be delighted to provide this important service to Talossans if Mr. Madison was unwilling and unable to provide it and;

WHEREAS Mr. Foctéir has been involved in making Talossan publications available on the World Wide Web and;

WHEREAS Mr. Foctéir has been playing around, in his mind, with the idea of a chartered company to carry out the publishing and computerization of Talossa's many publications in a more systematic manner;

THEREFORE The Ziu hereby authorizes Davïu Foctéir to establish the Talossan Publishing Trust to act as overseer to the publishing in printed and electronic format of all books and publications that are under Ben Madison's ownership/copyright and any other publications that have been authored by persons other than Ben Madison if these persons wish to enlist the services of the Talossan Publishing Trust.

The Ziu also gives the Talossan Publishing Trust, its interim president, and sole employee full control over its own affairs on condition that the same standard of excellence be upheld and that the Talossan Publishing Trust submit a report of its activities to the Ziu once every year.

WHEREAS It has been a common to use "The Witt" as a diminutive for Wittenberg 6 and;

WHEREAS "Witt" is the more grammatical and widespread diminutive used for Wittenberg 6 and;

WHEREAS The author of this bill uses "Witt" and gets annoyed beyond belief when people use "The Witt" and;

WHEREAS Annoying the author of this bills is a bad idea;

THEREFORE the Ziu officially recognizes "Witt" to be the official diminutive to Witterberg 6 and subsequent versions of the discussion board as long as the name Wittenberg is used.

WHEREAS The author of this bill has made the haxh and had the opportunity to eat a huge rack of lamb, which he does not recommend unless someone is really hungry, at Grecian Delight and;

WHEREAS The food was great and the company was superb and;

WHEREAS Grecian Delight was the site of many constitutional deliberations in the past and;

WHEREAS It has become a "place to be" for Talossans;

THEREFORE the Ziu hereby confers the status of National Historic Site to Grecian Delight, makes "The Place Where Everybody Knows Your Name " to be the official slogan of the restaurant for tourism/marketing purposes, and encourages all haxhis to pay a visit to Grecian Delight during their stay in the fatherland.
