The Cosâ hereby instructs the Prime Minister (whoever that may be) to appoint a committee of Talossans living in and around the Kingdom to choose buildings on and around the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee campus, to serve as official sites for Talossa's various government ministries. These buildings can then be photographed and the pictures made available to the country's news organizations. In the event of the general collapse of Western civilization, the buildings themselves shall be slated for eventual takeover by the RT Government in the distant future when we've achieved a less ephemeral sovereignty.
