WHEREAS the Regipäts Talossán now has a body called the Court of Cassation; and
WHEREAS that body is charged with making recommendations as to the status of various Talossan Laws and Bills; and
WHEREAS that body could comment on past laws in addition to new proposals; and
WHEREAS the Kingdom of Talossa has many interesting and unique laws which should be brought together in one easily-referenced place;
THEREFORE the Ziu hereby charges that body whether it be known as the Court of Cassation or by any other name, with the following tasks:
To undertake a rolling review of all legislation passed into law in the Regipäts Talossán since it was founded.
To recommend to the Ziu such legislation as is now inorganic or obsolete for repeal and to recommend to the Ziu any legislation which should be reviewed in light of more recent developments.
To compile a list of all Talossan legislation which remains both organic and relevant and to recommend that the Ziu take steps to adopt such a compilation as a Code of Laws for Talossa.
