RZ47 - The New Bills May Not Be Presented at the Living Cosâ Amendment

Whereas a literal reading of the first line in Art. 107 of the Constituziun makes it sound like no bills can be presented at a Living Cosâ we hereby add the word "New" to said Article, causing it to read: "New bills may not be presented at the Living Cosâ."
