RZ4 - The Ultimate Entertainer Act

WHEREAS the debate over who really is the National Entertainer has taken on Titanic proportions in months past; and
WHEREAS we should come to some sort of agreement before TalossaFest '98 (so we can dig the music/work of whomever); and
WHEREAS yelling at each other about whether one certain Miami resident is better than one certain Las Vegas mainstay, or vice versa, is counterproductive;
THEREFORE the Ziu hereby endorse the following plan for Talossan National Entertainer:
1. There will be 3 (three) entertainers, each one of a different kind.
2. One would be female, one would be male, and the third is a group.
3. So there.
