RZ29 - The Good Laws Take Preparation Time Act

Rejected by the Senäts

WHEREAS if the Hopper system isn't working then we should address that problem; and

WHEREAS having every bill go through two Clarks doesn't actually address fixing a broken Hopper; and

WHEREAS tinkering with the Hopper system (the thing that's arguably broken) rather than the Clark system (the thing that's working fine) might help; so

THEREFORE be it resolved by the Ziu of the Kingdom of Talossa that:

El Lexhatx H.6 which currently reads:

 

6. No bill may be published in a Clark unless it has spent at least ten days in the Hopper as a legislative proposal, except according to H.6.1.
 



is amended to read:
 

6. No bill may be published in a Clark unless it has spent at least twenty-one days in the Hopper as a legislative proposal, except acccording to H.6.1, and unless the bill has the written sponsored support of at least one Member of the Cosa and one Senator.
 



FUTHERMORE the Ziu resolve that that El lexhatx H.6.1, which currently reads
 

6.1. For the first Clark to be published in a Cosă term, no bill may be published in a Clark unless it has spent at least five days in the Hopper as a legislative proposal.
 



is amended to read:
 

6.1 For the first Clark to be published in a Cosă term, no bill may be published in a Clark unless it has spent at least seven days in the Hopper as a legislative proposal and unless the bill has the written sponsored support of at least one Member of the Cosa and one Senator.
