WHEREAS the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea is the best available framework for dealing with questions of sovereignty on the high seas and the commercial exploitation of the sea and sea bed;
THEREFORE Talossa accedes to the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea.
