RZ2 - The Codification Act

WHEREAS the Clark has been the source of most civil law in Talossa's history; and
WHEREAS the Clarks seem to have gotten a little "out of control" over the years; and
WHEREAS this causes at least some minor confusion as to what The Law actually is around here;
THEREFORE the Ziu votes herewith to compile and codify every effective Law from all Clarks, for reference and convenience.
