WHEREAS LZ 11 of the May 1998 Clark, broke the right to freedom of association; and
WHEREAS Talossa has never recognized Penguinea as a nation; and
WHEREAS Penguinea to the Talossan governement is just a community; and
WHEREAS Talossans are granted the freedom of peacefully associate with friends;
THEREFORE the Ziu hereby overturns LZ 11 and declares it null and void.
