WHEREAS American juvenile delinquent Michael Fay, 18, has been properly and duly convicted of relentlessly and willfully committing acts of vandalism--for which there is NO excuse--over a period of 10 days (17 Sep-26 Sep 93); and WHEREAS his stupid , senseless acts amounted to a calculated course of criminal conduct; and WHEREAS he's been properly sentenced to 4 months in jail, a $2,215 fine, and best of all, SIX STROKES WITH A SPLIT BAMBOO CANE; THEREFORE the Cosâ hreby sends its Moral Support to Singapore for its proper and message-sending sentence, and wishes to express its support for similar measures to be taken against similar idiot delinquents in all other countires--yes , including the US and the RT! Most definitely!
