WHEREAS, the Talossan people have resoundingly resolved that secret behind-our-backs campaigning is illegal as well as just unethical, and WHEREAS, the entire affaire was sparked in the first place by the secret Liberal Party advert mailed out in June of 1994, THEREFORE the Cosâ resolves that it is only just and proper that Dave Kuenn finally comply with the law and deliver a complete, unedited, unexpurgated, un-blacked-out copy of said Infamous Letter to the National Archives, before the beginning of the next election, or face possible legal sanctions.
