WHEREAS the whole of the laws of Talossa have already been compiled, and
WHEREAS who the heck knows what the Uppermost Cort has already ruled on, and
WHEREAS some folks would like to use previous Uppermost Cort decisions when crafting their own briefs and actions,
THEREFORE the Ziu orders that a Committee be formed to compile all of the previous Uppermost Cort decisions into a single repository.
