RZ34 - The Off With Their Heads Holiday Act

Published in Clark #0

Statute

Whereas, Talossa has no official holiday for February, the Cosâ hereby enacts the following:

Henceforth, every February 28th shall be designated Off with Their Heads Day in the RT, and shall be an official holiday in the Kingdom. This holiday acts as a warning (rather than a means to celebrate) for all current Talossans to remain active and involved. On February 28th, 1994, Bill Simmons and the Europeans lost their citizenship due to the passage of LCs 28-31 - the first such mass extinction in RT history.
