Whereas, the Kingdom of Talossa is about to enter the world of Internet advertising and computerization, and Whereas, there is currently no government body competent to administer Talossa's computer revolution, and Whereas, the very first government office ever created in Talossa was the state telecommunications authority Televerket (as identified in the 26 December 1979 RT phone book), Therefore, the Cosâ hereby recreates Televerket as the official state ministry for telecommunications, as a cabinet level agency, and empowers the Prime Minister to select an appropriate Minister of Telecommunications to oversee Televerket in the Kingdom of Talossa.
