Whereas, that portion of Milwaukee under Talossan sovereignty has been well served by the mayoral administration of John Norquist, and Whereas, Norquist is being challenged by another candidate who is liberal on all the issues he should be conservative on, and conservative on all the issues he should be liberal on, and who gave me a speeding ticket once, THEREFORE the Cosâ hereby expresses its opinion and endorses John Norquist for re-election to another term as Mayor.
