Whereas, the King's computer, all RT records and the Mústáir Naziunál (National Archives) have been transferred from Abbavilla (Ben's dad's office) to Ben'sattic room in Vuode Palace, and whereas the government of vuode have set aside said room as a separate Chartered Municipality of Vindsvåning, and Whereas, effective 2 December 1993/XIV all natioanl capital functions were effectively trnasferred from Abbavilla to Vindsvåning, THEREFORE the Cosâ hereby proclaims the municipality of Vindsvåning, Vuode, to be the capital of Talossa beginning on 1 February 1994/XV.
