Whereas, the "Voter Petulance Abatement Act" of June, 1995, proved unworkable in practice, Therefore the Cosâ hereby repeals RC 18.6.95, "The Voter Petulance Abatement Act," and restores the pre-amendment language of the Constituziun in that regard.
