The OrgLaw Maintenance Act

WHEREAS, the true and current version of the Organic Law must have a definite repository, and

WHEREAS, this duty has traditionally devolved upon the Secretary of State in an informal manner, and

WHEREAS, as a result of this informal arrangement, amendments to the OrgLaw are not always reflected on these pages in a timely manner, and

WHEREAS, for just proceedings of the laws of the Regipäts, an authoritative copy of our nation's fundamental law must exist,

THEREFORE:

1. Possession of and responsibility for the master Organic Law is vested in the Ministry of Justice.

2. The Ministry of Justice shall maintain the Organic Law on an Internet site, and shall also provide copies to interested citizens by post on request.

3. The Ministry of Justice shall promptly bring the master version of the Organic Law up to date as amendments are passed by referendum, and shall keep a record of each amendment and the referendum thereof.
