WHEREAS in our Regipäts, the United States Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, Airborne, among others have delivered our snail-mail and kept the operations of the Talossan government running smoothly even to this present day,

The Ziu, THEREFORE, constitutes the workings of the United States Postal Service, and all the other mailing services in Milwaukee as the Talossan Postal Service and creates the post of Postmaster-General of the Kingdom of Talossa to oversee the workings of such; the postmaster shall report to the Prime Minister, but the post of Postmaster-General of the Kingdom of Talossa shall not be a cabinet post.
