WHEREAS Talossa needs more debate;
THEREFORE all Members of the Cosâ shall be able to put questions for the Cabinet members in the Clark. The Minister who is questioned shall submit his answer to the Secretary of State in time for it to be published in the next Clark, together with the Clark results. Each answer shall be between 15 and 150 words. Should the Prime Minister reshuffle his Cabinet, it is incumbent upon the new Minister to answer the question.

Citizenship

WHEREAS Jay Shorten has fulfilled all the requirements given by the Immigration Ministry; and
WHEREAS the Cort has approved of his application;
THEREFORE the Ziu now votes to naturalise Jay Shorten as a Talossan citizen.

WHEREAS Talossa has never recognized Penguinea as a nation; and
WHEREAS Penguinea to the Talossan governement is just a community; and
WHEREAS Talossans are granted the freedom of peacefully associate with friends;
THEREFORE the Ziu hereby overturns LZ 11 and declares it null and void.

WHEREAS the Penguinean government refuses to blame individual Penguins for their violations of the Treaty; and
WHEREAS the Penguinean government have good reasons for that!; and
WHEREAS the Penguinean government have initiated negotiations for a new Treaty; and
WHEREAS the Penguinean government are doing this with good intentions;
THEREFORE the Ziu asks the PM to set up a commission to study this situation.
