The following text is added to Article 37a of the Constituziun:

A common, generic by-election ballot shall be used in every by-election, except with an empty space wherein to stamp or write the election deadline of that particular by-election. The by-election ballot shall have a space for the Progressive Conservative Party (which has contested every national election in Talossa since 1985) and a space for write-in challengers. No advertising shall appear on the generic by-election ballot.

Statute

The western half of Atatürk Province (the area west of Maryland Avenue) is hereby designated as a Russian Autonomous Okrug within Atatürk Province, and subject to the government of the Province. The Russian language shall be co-official with English and Talossan within the Okrug. The culture of the growing Russian and ex-Soviet Jewish émigré population in the Okrug shall be encouraged and allowed to express itself.

Approved but Ephemeral

Whereas, in recent months the citizenry of Talossa has become increasingly apathetic about our ongoing war against Serbia which was declared in June of 1993; and Whereas, the world community has betrayed the suffering Bosnian people and left them and Talossa alone to face the onslaught of the Serb terrorist armies; Therefore, the Cosâ hereby

Repeals RC 29.6.93;
Proclaims a state of "vehement disgust" now exists between Talossa and Serbia;

Appointement

Whereas, Dave Kuenn, Premier of Atatürk Province since a long time ago, has not done anything to develop or improve the Province, and has also vanished from the RT political scene. Therefore the Cosá hereby deposes the current provincial government and appoints Ben Madison as Temporary Governor of Atatürk, with power to restore order and commission new elections at the earliest possible opportunity. This bill shall take effect on 1 June 1995.

Approved but Ephemeral

Whereas, the U.S. was recently deliberately and dastardly attacked by ignorant, right-wing, gun-loving, white supremacist, federal government hating loonies; and Whereas Talossa has a friendly, respectful association with the U.S. and disdains hateful murderers like Timothy McVeigh; Therefore, the Kingdom hereby thoroughly denounces any and all so-called "militia" groups in the U.S. and calls for the FBI to liquidate them forthwith, and for the U.S. government to try and execute all those who took part in the terrible bombing in Oklahoma City. We also extend our heartfelt condolences to all those who lost loved ones in the attack, and extend our sympathy and Invincible Moral Support to the citizens of the great state of Oklahoma.

In order to prevent MCs from simply stating at the beginning of a Term of Office how they intend to vote (or abstain) on any or all bills proposed without regard to the merits or demerits of such bills, the Cosâ hereby resolves to force MCs to use their brains and show some respect for those who put them I office in the first place, and adopts this amendment to Article 67 of the RT Constituziun:
