Talography

Charles Sauls most positive contribution to Talossa was the fondation of the First Wittenberg. He also made several informational web sites on Talossa, some of which are still present on the Internet.

He became Secretary of States in October 1997 after Evan Gallagher resigned. His SoS period can be best described as a fiasco. Indeed, during his first three clarks, he increased the Cosâ number instead of the Clark Number.

As such, the 2th Clark of the 23th Cosâ was published as the 1th Clark of the 24th Cosâ. The 3th clark was the 1th clark of the 25th Cosâ, and the 4th Clark was the 1th of the 26th. He did publish the 5th one correctly, but he kept the Cosâ number at 26. Only a few years later was the mistake noticed, during the 32th Cosâ, which thus became the 29th.

When Dan Wardlow became the Prime-Minister for the PC in February 1998, succeeding Dale Morris, Charles was nominated Deputy Prime-Minister.

Only a few days later, both defected the PC to form a new opposition party : the Peace and Freedom Party, which succesfully united all the opposition party and even gained a few PC members.

However, prior to the election, Dan Wardlow renounced his Citizenship in favor of Penguinea, with which Talossa was a War.

Charles Sauls became prime-minister for a few days during the election ( listed as clark 0 above ) but before the end of the election, he also resigned his citizenship in favor of Penguinea, leaving the country without a prime-minister due to the failure of Charles to nominate a deputy.
