Whereas, Talossa has come into contact with several secessionist nations over the Internet, and Whereas, these nations have no common forum in which to associate with one another, Therefore the Cosa hereby recognizes Ben Madison as General Secretary of the League of Secessionist States (founded 1980) and encourages him to open dialogue with these nations. Furthermore, Talossa declares itself a member of the LOSS, while reserving our inherent right to oppose any LOSS action or policy if we so choose.

RZ10 - The Uniform Naturalisation Amendment

WHEREAS, the Constituziun currently contains two separate laws for naturalizing incoming citizens--one for Cybercits, another for non-Cybercits-and this is discriminatory; and WHEREAS, the procedure adopted for Cybercit naturalization has proven to be a resounding success, inasmuch as it includes all the provisions of the non-Cybercit procedure plus added safeguards; THEREFORE, the Cosa hereby empowers the Uppemlost Cort to take the two separate naturalization laws and harmonize them, so that there shall be one naturalization law for incoming citizens, and that it shall be etfectively the Cybercit immigration law adopted in February, 1996.

RZ13 - The Omnibus Constituziun Revision Act

WHEREAS, it is a widely held belief among the Talossan people that the current version of the Constituziun is far too difficult to use effectively, and

WHEREAS, the current document has been amended countless times since its inception in 1988, and

WHEREAS, there are currently areas within the Constituziun which are diflicult to understand, contridictory and ineffective, and

WHEREAS, many members of the Cosa have recently expressed interest in seeing the Constiruziun completely revised,

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the 21st Cosâ of Talossa that the Uppermost Cort (Cort Inalt) be charged with forming the TCRC, the Talossan Constituziun Revision Commission, whose purpose will be to review the current document and either come back to the Cosâ with a bill stating their proposed changes, come back to the Cosâ with an entirely new document for the approval of the Cosa and the Talossan people, or inform the Cosa that no changes to the Constituziun are necessary. The TCRC will be overseen by the Uppermost Cort, which will have one month from the date this resolution is passedby the Cosa to form the corrmiission. The TCRC will have 6 12 months from the date this resolution is passed by the Cosâ in which to complete this task. (Amended by 21RC43)

WHEREAS, the Cosâ has historically tried to ensure that official names of geographical and political areas provide a sense of the history of our great nation,

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the 21st Cosa of Talossa that the Talossan possession known as Cézembre be granted all rights, duties and obligations provided under Article 88 of the Talossan Constituziun of 1988 by conveying upon it the status of Province.

Statute

WHEREAS, the South-West Territories (T.S.O.) are an integral part of Talossa, and,

WHEREAS, the T.S.O. currently has far more residents than several Talossan provinces, including Florencia Province, and,

WHEREAS, the T.S.O. has expressed a desire to become a Province per Article 88 of the Talossan Constituziun of 1988, receiving all of the rights, duties and obligations therein, and,

WHEREAS, the Cosa has historically tried to ensure that onicial names of geographical and political areas provide a sense of the history of our great nation, and,

WHEREAS, Harvard professor Bany Fell has published somewhat conclusive evidence of Old World-New World contacts before Columbus, and that some ofthe ancient tribes of the Southwestem United States were of North African Berber origin, including the Maricopa Indians of central Arizona,

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the 21st Cosa of Talossa that the Talossan held territories now named the South-West Territories (T .S.O.), consisting of the cantons of Prachelion, Buffonia, Frédéricville, Murphysboro, Wesernia and Schneideria, be granted all rights, duties and obligations provided under Article 88 of the Talossan Constituziun of 1988 by conveying upon it the status of Province,

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this new province be named Maricopa, in honor of the North African Berber links to ancient North American indian tribes, as well as the many citizens of Talossa who are expatriates of the great U.S. state of Arizona.

"Art. 34. The Secretary of State shall conduct elections in such a manner as a) affords to every citizen a fair opportunity to cast a vote for the party of his choice, and b) does not discriminate against any party or individual in the collection or tallying of votes."

RZ36 - The Canadaturk Act

The "People To Provinces, Again" Act (RC18.1.94) is hereby amended The words "from Manitoba westward" are stricken from Zone 1, and "all Canadian provinces from Ontario east" are stricken from Zone 4. The effect of this is to assign all Talossan citizens who live in Canada to the Province of Atattirk, so that this growing sector of our country may form a vigorous and undivided part of the political life of Atatürk Province. It also moves Marc- André Dowd from Vuode to Atatürk Province.

Moreover, the following paragraph is added: "ZONE 7 (Pengopats Territory) All lands in the southern hemisphere, south of the Equator." This will assign all Talossan citizens in the Southem Hemisphere to the aforementioned Antarctic territory, so that this forgotten piece of Talossan real estate can grow into a vibrant, if chilly, part of the Kingdom.
