WHEREAS the previous PUNK administration hath deprived Citizen Robert Madison of his legally-granted title "Viscount of Vuode" as part of its anti-monarchy drive, and

WHEREAS monarchy is once again chic in Talossa, now

THEREFORE be it resolved that the Talossan government hereby regrants unto Citizen Madison the honorific title of "Viscount of Vuode".
