The National Bank Account is hereby renamed that Account of Inland Revenue, and is placed under the general supervison of the Chancellor of Inland Revenue (Cußeglhéir dels Revenüns Înphätseschti), which is a Cabinet-level position, and which supersedes the Minster of Finance.
