RZ44 - The Gay House Act

Whereas, in every civilised country there exists an Official Residence for the Prime Minister or Head of Government (for example: the US has The White House, Iceland has Bessastaðir; Britain has 10 Downing Street, Canada has 24 Sussex Drive, France has the Palais de l'Élysée, etc.), but Whereas, Talossa has no such thing, yet is still a civilised country; THEREFORE the Cosa hereby declares that 3035 Maryland Avenue, the George and Evelyn Gay residence where so many Living Cosâs, RT Anniversary Parties, and TalossaFests have taken place, is hereby designated "Gay House", "Casâ Alerétz," or "3035 North Maryland Avenue", and is officially declared to be the Official Residence of the Prime Minister. Furthermore it is declared that unless George and Evelyn actually vacate the residence, that the PM shall not really live there. Finally this Act shall not be construed as to have any bearing on the past, present, or future affectional preferences of any past, present, or future Prime Ministers.
