Believing that anyone who rules a country in South America for 34 years is due some amount of recognition, Talossa and its Government hereby instruct the Foreign Minister to contact the chilean embassy, and offer asylum to its temporary and unwilling resident, Generalissimo Alfredo Stroessner of Paraguay. Exactly where he will stay within the nation of Talossa will be determined upon his acceptance.
