Whereas Frédéric Maugey, who became a citizen in January 1983, has not been seen in years nor has he voted in a single Talossan election since August 1987, Therefore the Cosâ hereby terminates his citizenship, it being understood that if he is infact still alive he may appeal this decision to the Uppermost Cort.
