Whereas the Constituziun contains weird language regarding the obtaining of a copy of The History by incoming citizens which almost implies that one could steal a copy rather than buying one, the Cosâ hereby changes "otherwise acquires" to "otherwise lawfully acquires" in Art. 94c of the Constituziun.
