Whereas, the Cosâ now has the power to strip physically or politically dead citizens from the citizenship rolls of Talossa, and Whereas Bill Simmons, who became a citizen in 1987, has not been seen in years nor has he voted in a single Talossan elections since January of 1988, Therefore the Cosâ hereby terminates his citizenship, it being understood that if he is in fact still alive he may appeal this decision to the Uppermost Cort.
