RZ28 - Talossa Finance Corporation Act

To help finance the Talossan venture, the Talossan Finance Corporation is hereby established. The TFC shall be empowered to raise capital on a voluntary basis and to use it to make money to be turned over to the RT Government. Daniel R. Lorentz shall be Chief Executive Officer of the TFC; indeed, he shall embody the TFC.
