Whereas one of the King's traditional duties has always been to confer awards and decorations to deserving citizens, but Whereas somehow this duty was left out of the official list of what Ben can do in Art. 13 of the Constituziun, the Cosâ hereby inserts "confer awards and decorations" into said list in said article.
