RZ22 - The Phantom Paperwork Abolition Amendment, Part One

Whereas, the Constituziun mandates that the Secretary of State publish a Gazetâ Uficiál at the end of every Cosa but, whereas, this provision has never once been acted upon, Therefore, the Cosâ hereby strikes Art. 64 from the Constituziun, abolishing this phantom requirement.
