6RC14 - The Talossa-Israeli Partnership Act

WHEREAS Israel is the only truly pro-Western, sane, free, and non-Arab country in the Middle-eastern area, and is deserving of our support,now

THEREFORE I propose that Talossa declare a "full alliance and moral support" treaty to be in existence, and the Israeli U.N. secretary should be informed of this as soon as it comes about.
