Whereas, Talossa has always stood firmly behind those peoples of the world yearning to secede and form their own countries; and Whereas, Talossa was itself once part of Québec and so has a natural bond with the French-speaking Québecois; and Whereas, those Québecois recently resoundingly almost said "oui" to formal secession from English-speaking Canada; Therefore, Talossa hereby grants its Invincible Moral Support to the Québec independence effort, and calls upon the Québecois to roll up their sleeves and try again!
