The Cosâ hereby grants permission for Members of the Cosâ to e-mail their Clark votes to Televerket, for delivery to the Secretary of State. Each MC wishing to e-vote must contact the S of S beforehand to register a "password" to prevent interlopers from voting on their behalf via e-mail. All e-votes must be accompanied by this password.
