WHEREAS all skateboarders, without exception, represent a public nuisance, a hazard to pedestrians and vehicular traffic, and are commonly viewed by the law-abiding citizenry of Talossa as being profoundly irksome, now

THEREFORE the Cosâ hereby declares that skateboarding is a crime in the Kingdom of Talossa, and subjects all skateboarders to neverending public scorn and ridicule.
