6RC10 - The Resurrection of Pórt Maxhestic Province Act

Whereas, the section of Talossa currently known as South Territory was a confederate (self-governing) province known as Pórt Maxhestic from 17 July 1985 to 14 September 1986, and as Südlicher Gro&00df;haven from 15 September 1986 to 17 November 1986, and whereas it is desirable to extend federalism in Talossa, therefore, I propose that Pórt Maxhestic province be resurrected under the democratic constitution of 15 September 1986, and under the provincial leadership of Citizen John Jahn, and Governor Generalship of Brook Gläfke (both of whom have been the only Talossans to ever hold these positions).
